MoMa is opened by two ambitious young chefs who went to culinary school together and have since spent time in the kitchens of the Fairmont Pacific Rim, Emsemble, Cin Cin, and Cioppino. They call their food “contemporary West Coast,” with French, Italian, and Asian influences, and combined their last names, Mok and Mao, to name the place.

SFU Investment Club | Mining Conference
There is a bright prospect for careers in the mining sector, especially for students who live in British Columbia. SFU Investment Club held a mining conference successfully in 2012 with the generous support of a list of industry sponsors. Their mission is to raise awareness of the mining industry and help students position themselves to capture career opportunities. Superstore Scan and Go
Redesign of Superstore’s Scan and Go interface involves design decisions which input a process of user study and research. During a sequences of user testing, research of interface specification, prototyping and evaluation, we made the interface to be a more effective simple user interface design.
Vancouver Queer Film Festival & Out in School
Out On Screen has evolved to become a professional arts organization with three key program initiatives: the Vancouver Queer Film Festival, and Out in Schools.
The Vancouver Queer Film Festival marked 25 years of celebrating queer lives as of August 15-25. Featuring over 70 films from 20 countries, Vancouver’s second largest film festival invited audiences to participate at their 25th anniversary fest. They watched films that showcased queer stories over 11 days at six venues around Vancouver – from Hollywood to Bollywood, from drama to documentary, and from indie cinema to big-budget offerings.
